En el apartado Mejor Película Extranjera Europa obtiene gran presencia con Mustang (Francia), Son of Saul (Hungría), The Fencer (Finlandia-Alemania-Estonia) y The Brand New Testament (Bélgica-Francia-Luemburgo).

Así, se vislumbra un buen balance entre los shows ya establecidos como favoritos (The Good Wife, How To Get Away With Murder, Downton Abbey, Veep) y los debutantes (Mr.Robot, Better Call Saul, Flesh & Bone, Narcos, Bloodline, Mozart In The Jungle, Casual, My Crazy Ex-Girlfriend).
